Formulas:

Private: A tailor made training scheme accommodate your body, it strengths and weaknesses are taken into consideration. During the one-on-one sessions you are under the full supervision of a qualified instructor to ensure smooth progression at your own tempo.

Duet/Trio: A session shared between two or three people is a excellent way to keep each other motivated. Each exercise can be modified or enhanced to suite clients needs. For many this is an enjoyable way of training.

Mat Class Classic: Up to 10 people can participate in a mat class training the entire body by following classic exercises from the Pilates repertoire. As a challenge the basic / intermediate exercises by making use of small props such as therabands and swiss balls.

Mat Class Advanced: This session is reserved for advanced members only. Challenging your body with a series of advanced and modified exercises to challenge your body and your mind. More core control, stability and flexibility and endurance.

Power Hour: An intensive 45minute mat group session to improve core control. Ideal lunchtime exercise for corporate executives, body awareness to keep your mind and body sharp.



Getting started:
  • Contact Qbalance to book your first lesson.
  • We arrange a time that suites you to follow an one hour private lesson. – This is a consultation and physical evaluation to create an interesting and verified training scheme according to your needs.
  • Arrive 10minutes before your appointment to fill in the necessary documents.
  • Wear comfortable sportive clothing (not too baggy) so that you can move freely. Pilates is practiced without shoes.
  • The first payment is a one-off fee (see the pricelist for different formulas). To continue you first need to pay for 5 or 10 sessions in advanced.
  • Our policy is that if you do not chancel your class at least 24 hours in advance, the tariff for that hour will be deducted from your credit.
