Pilates is a responsible way of exercise during pregnancy. During this period a number of hormonal and physical changes in the body changes so it is important to prepare your body, keep it fit and stay mentally relax.Pilates before, during and after pregnancy can help the body to deal with the changes, to prepare for the day of birth and recover after childbirth.
